"I have been going to this nail shop for almost a year. I bounced around a few nail shops on Eastlake before settling on this one. The ladies always make you feel right at home. The technicians are always laughing and joyful. I leave with a great customer service experience and 100% satisfied with my manicure or pedicure service. During my last visit, I treated my pregnant friend to a pedicure. She left saying she loved the atmosphere and workers. She also said her feet were well cared for and smooth after a callous removal."

"I had gel added to my beautiful, long natural nails. I could tell the guy who did them was in a rush and I didn’t enjoy my experience at all. Within 2 days, the gel started cracking and chipping. I went back and was able to get them fixed. My new gel was nice for a few days and then my natural long nails started breaking due to how thin the gel was applied. One of my nails cracked so low, basically where the skin is. It was pretty bad and I couldn’t find a way to cut my nail without touching the skin. It was painful. I had to cut all my nails off due to most of them breaking. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with gel. I will definitely not be going back and I do not recommend them at all. I’m not sure what type of products they use, but they seem cheap. Not only cheap, but they are so in a rush to get out, that you don’t enjoy the experience."
