"I went to Studio DC salon twice. Both times I was taken care of by Danny, the owner. The first time I went to this salon was to get my hair colored to blend in with my grey hair. I had showed him some pictures. I wasn't to sure if I liked the hair color while I was still there, but Danny let me know if I had any concerns about my hair to just let him know. I went home and my family members said why had I colored my hair black. My husband thought I had colored my own hair. My hair color turned out black and did not blend in with my hair. So I decided to send Danny a text to let him know I was not happy with my hair and would like it recolored to a lighter color. The second time I went, I noticed Danny was not being as friendly as he was on the first visit. I felt like I was in a nightmare when he colored and washed my hair, especially when he washed and rinsed my hair he was pulling my hair when he was yanking my head side to side and back and forth so forceful that my mother who was sitting on the sofa heard me making noises. That's when Danny asked me if he was hurting me and I answered yes. He said, "Oh sorry" All I can say I have never been treated so harshly at a hair salon like I was at this salon. I definitely DO NOT recommend going to this salon."
