"Went to Sams family cuts had my hair and beard cut done by a young lady, it was an awesome experience. Not only was this young lady polite, respectful but she was very understanding as to what I want as far as having my hair cut and my beard. I requested different cuts one on my beard, one on my hair and she even did my eyebrows. Again it was an awesome, will be going back. I highly recommend this young lady and this salon."

"**UPDATE** I called to complain and spoke to the owner. She was very professional and really insistent on trying to make it right. She booked us with one of her experienced stylists and they really took their time to make sure we were happy. I appreciate her being so accommodating and my daughter’s hair looks wonderful.**** My husband took our daughter there today for her haircut, she has straight hair, all she asked for was a cut to an inch below the shoulder. It looks as though someone took kitchen shearers and cut across her hair in one cut, it’s choppy and uneven and about 3 inches below the shoulder which I’m actually thankful for because I will have to take her to a professional and have more trimmed to fix the terrible cut she received."
