"I went in very confident and excited to get layers and a trim. I walked out without any worry, until I got home and styled my hair. WHAT IS THIS??? I’m not even exaggerating I was crying my eyes out. I did not want to cut my hair any shorter than what these layers were. Ariana rushed doing my hair and this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Mariah said they don’t do refunds the only thing they can do is go back and get it fixed by her or Ariana who ruined my hair. WHY on earth would I go back and get my hair chopped off again where they ruined it in the first place!? Horrible salon. Unacceptable and unfair they will not refund me. NEVER EVER GOING BACK."
