"The women in my family have been coming here ever since I could remember. Up until a few visits ago the experience was very nice. But the last few times my mother and I have gone to get an eyebrow wax the wait has been 45 min to an hour. And when we tried to leave because we no longer wanted to wait they gave us attitude. They can’t seem to keep a person there for the waxing as we were made to wait for another customer to finish getting their nails done. They do a good job once they finally are able to get to you but i will not be going back."

"Really wished I would have read the reviews before coming to this nail salon. They lacked decency and communication is subpar. Had the first individual told me they do not provide hard gel service I would have not wasted my time and money on this establishment. Walked in on a whim as I was in the El Paso East area. Upon entry, a heavier set lady in the far right table asked what I would like done. Requested gel-x or hard gel fill-in. She stated “ok, the gentleman in front will assist.” So I walked over to his table. He shows me a booklet with gel colors for me to choose a color for the end process. He asks again to clarify what my service will be. I state gel fill-in and he starts removing the previous color and parts that has lifted/are weak so we can have a better foundation. Cool, figured were off to a good start but then he starts pulling out acrylic powder to place on my hand (I’m allergic). at this point I pull my hand back from the guy and reinforce I requested a gel fill-in. Which he then responds “it’s gel powder and you already have acrylic on your hand (the gel and lifted/weak parts he just removed) so no issues. When I state I don’t wear acrylic since I’m allergic & I know for a FACT I wouldn’t go to a nail salon, sit patiently in a seat and then have them place something I’m allergic to on my person; much less pay to lose my life for nails! He seems to be offended which I could careless about as I’m paying for this service and speaks to the other ladies in his language about wanting gel nails but not wanting to get acrylic. Since I’m now upset that their insulting my intelligence and lack basic customer service/tact regarding me the paying customer & my body, I ask how much for the waste of time. He says $10; which only was removing the previous gel/weak points with the machine. NO NAIL CARE PROVIDED! I pay and walk the hell out since basic nail care is not a thing here!"

"I love this place! They do a great job with nails and pedicures. They take their time and it all comes out looking great. I got there a little later in the day and wanted a pedicure and manicure. They stayed late to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted even though it was past closing time. I appreciate that very much!! I would recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for great nails!"

"I am from Arizona and I went in to get my toes done. The guy there did a good job. They were short staffed and their prices were reasonable matching the city's economy. I will go again when I return back to El Paso."

"The guy there shouldn’t be doing acrylics, I went in for a full set and he wasn’t even able to prep my nails for acrylics. My set ended up being so ugly, bumpy nails, my nails were different sizes & the glue were all over my finger tips. Horrible job!! And he still had the audacity to charge me $20 in tips!!! I paid $65 & had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Don’t come here, service sucks for the prices they charge!"
