"I went and I had never gone to this very young girl before, she soaked my nails off, first she soaked my right in a hot acetone machine. My right hand fingers are so dry they are cracking. My skin is so dry. Never like I’ve had before. My left side was soaked in a bowl with just acetone and it’s fine. I wanted an ombré effect of pink and silver, my nails look bad. Then my toes, I asked her to paint my toes the same pink as my nails and she just painted over the maroon acrylic that was on before. The color totally changed. My toes are a mauve now and you can see the maroon bleed thru. Plus, the edges look dark, makes it seem like my toes are dirty. she also cut my cuticles to my toes and cut my right big toe and I’m in pain! It wasn’t cheap what I paid. But she was young. I hope her technique gets better. Won’t go back."

"I read the reviews before coming here- I was lucky to get Miana who did a fantastic job on my Easter nails and made sure I got the nail shape I requested. The next time I went, one of the ladies asked what did I need to have done, only to be told they were booked. If there was going to be a long wait, just say so. That way the customer could give the place another try on the next round, ya know? Hence, three stars."

"Worst experience ever. I came in with my own polish and told the front desk lady i wanted it applied. She told me choose your base color and sit down. The man who assisted me looked angry and was very unprofessional. He was cursing along with the lady next to him and looking at pictures on her phone while he did my nails. On top of that he was sick and wiped his nose with his hand then continued to touch mine. He kept saying he felt like s#!t the whole time When it came to the color, they wouldnt explain to me why they couldnt use the one i brought in. The guy asked if i wanted them all the same look and i said let me see...and he said no see just decide what you want!! How rude! They ended up giving me the gel with another polish even though I said I wanted the regular.Horrible experience!!!"
