"Made an appointment and experienced a stylist discriminate my two kids by literally picking and choosing who’s hair to cut next in front of our faces and word for word ask the receptionist “who goes with what name “ and chose people after us that were walk ins cause they literally walked in, said their names and saw receptionist write their name down. The receptionist was very rude when I asked if there was a problem and her excuse for the stylists horrible behavior was that they were her clients and or had appointments too which is obviously their go to defense but we aren’t dumb and clearly saw and heard their unprofessional discriminating behavior. I didn’t get the OLD POWER TRIPPING RACIST Stylist name but she works in the front left corner of the salon."

"The stylist was nice and cut my hair well , however the tools she was using and the towel was not clean. I ended up having a very bad fungal infection in the back of my hair that needed to be treated by a doctor. Who was the one telling me that it was the uncleanness that was causing it. So unfortunately I won't refer or return."

"Receptionist here is SUPER rude and unprofessional. Made appointments and she told us they had availability, all until we arrived and surprise…an hour wait for the first person to be seen AND we found out we would all be sharing the same hair dresser. We asked why if they had no availability they would even tell us they did, and Receptionists response was that “staff needs to take lunch breaks,” as if anyone is arguing about that. Rather than admit that she overbooked all of us, she continued to deflect and make it seem as though it was our fault for arriving to our appointment on time and having the first of us wait for an hour and the rest for longer. We are customers of years but after this appalling experience we will not be coming back — we don’t need to be gaslit by a rude receptionist."
