"I came here with my family after a long flight home. It was the perfect ending to a long trip! We were seated immediately at 9pm. The concept is super easy: everyone orders their own pot of soup, orders the beef & lamb dishes with the waiters, and then gets veggies and seafood and sauces at the buffet bar. It’s $35 per adult. It was such a great selection of things to eat and try. It would be great to have a cooking paper guide that says how long to cook stuff for. I assumed the cooking time on the dumplings since I’ve cooked dumplings before but otherwise, I wouldn’t know. They even had dessert at the buffet bar! I really can’t wait to visit here again and try all the broths. I had such a fun time."

"I transcended here. My first hot pot experience, guided by very experienced friends. The broth was flavorful, the meat quality supreme, and the vegetable / seafood selection copious. I ate vegetables I’ve never even heard of, delicious. Minus 0.1 stars for the mocha mousse and strawberry mousse though; those weren’t very good."

"They changed the meat cost from per plate to all you can eat, my friends and I ate until we were super full! We ordered a lot more meat than if it was per plate, it's a very good deal. It's pricey but it's delicious with lots of options. Everyone gets their own hot pot which is less like a community dinner and feels more western in destroying family style dining experience but it's perfect for people with allergies and allows for a better chance at finding what you put into the pot."

I particularly enjoy the interactive element of creating my own sauce, although some guidance on tasty combinations would be a welcomed addition. The service here is commendable. I appreciate the thoughtful touch of leaving a water pitcher on my table, eliminating the need to ask for refills. The staff is attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth dining experience from ordering to serving the food. The restaurant offers a spacious ambiance with a variety of table sizes, catering to different group sizes. While it might be a tad dark for my preference, the cleanliness and ample space add to the comfortable atmosphere. Having frequented Soupleaf Hot Pot numerous times, I can confidently say it's a restaurant I genuinely enjoy. For its delicious offerings, attentive service, and overall pleasant atmosphere, I wholeheartedly give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating."
