"My boyfriend and I needed to get haircuts so we went to this location. We were walk-ins so my boyfriend got checked in first and went to go sit down. The hairstylist who checked him in went back to her client which was understandable, but there was a younger hairstylist who seemed to be cleaning up. She looked directly at me and didn’t say anything. I stood there for about 15 mins before giving up and sitting down. Never got checked in. I overheard her saying she needed to leave so I was like okay so thats why she couldn't check me in that’s understandable, but then two other people came in without appointments and she proceeded to check them in! I found that very rude and I don’t why she checked them in and not me. Didn’t even speak to me. If they were booked, she could’ve at least let me know so I could schedule another day. I’m only giving another star because my boyfriend liked his haircut and stylist."

"I went in a little while ago for a simple haircut, and not only did the hairdresser who attended to me cut much more than what I asked for (just a trim on top), but she also left my hair completely soaking wet when it was cold outside. Additionally, she used equipment in such poor condition. The woman seemed more into her conversation than anything else. Moreover, she left numerous cuts on my neck because she didn't know how to use the trimmer. I initially thought it was itchy due to the leftover hair, but it turned out to be many cuts Edit: I think the woman's name was Jennifer"
