"I like the store and I’ve never had problems shopping here. I’ve come back 2-3 times and always get in and out quickly and get assistance when needed. I don’t go enough to understand the problems listed in other reviews. The clothes are hit or miss quality wise and certainly overpriced for the quality but that hasn’t stopped be from getting some great stuff that I feel was worth it or unique enough to warrant a buy!"

"Wow! Seems like all of the other comments pretty much covered the horrible experience it was to shop in this store! The girls working were extremely RUDE.. they never greeted us and demanded we wear a mask and would not ask nicely. The clothes are cute and not super expensive but they really need to work on customer service. Very embarrassing for this store, I will NOT be back!"

"I love pitaya but actually feel uncomfortable going into this location. Every time I go in, no one ever greets me. Immediately I get barked at in a rude way to put a mask on. I completely understand wearing a mask if that is the store policy, but there’s a way to say it… I feel as though the older lady is excited when people come in with no mask so she gets to bark at them. Even besides the mask, she has always made me feel judged and extremely unwelcome."

"Unfortunately visited this location today with my pregnant best friend, as we were doing a weekend of pre-birthday shopping. we were greeted with “do you have masks?” we replied “no.” we were then advised “well you definitely need one in here to shop.” we chose to leave and as we were leaving the associate was so kind to share her opinion to my friend stating “well you should definitely wear a mask and be protecting that baby” … mind you we were just here last week and wasn’t required to wear a mask; so what is it? first off, we understand you hold your own policy regarding mask requirements and knew our options and left willingly but for you to feel comfortable enough to continue on and state your personal opinion is completely disrespectful and we were so caught off guard and baffled by this response. as we continued our shopping trip through other shops, some associates heard us discussing between ourselves what had just happened to us and how we were so disgusted with our experience. when they asked where this happened and we told them Pitaya, they didn’t seem surprised. They then asked what the associate at Pitaya looked like and their response was “oh yeah if it was the older lady, she is the manager and she is off her rocker and not right” so if that is the case then that explains why her employees are so comfortable speaking to others this way."
