"DO NOT SHOP HERE. Horrible customer service. Cheaply made goods. ALL sales are final even if they are defective. I purchased a $120.00 sweater and did not try it on. The clerk knew we were from out of town, had dinner plans and was in a hurry. She never suggested I should try it on to be sure it fit and never mentioned that all sales are final. Supposedly there is a sign by the cash register that says all sales are final but neither myself or my partner saw the sign. I don’t particularly like the fit of the sweater but even worse, it has a hole in it. I called the store to inquire about their return policy, explained I didn’t try it on, that it was in poor condition, and the woman actually giggled at me. They also refuse to give you a physical receipt saying they are “paper free” yet they wrap your purchase in tissue and give you a bag that isn’t recyclable - total scam. DON’T SHOP HERE. Find another local boutique that appreciates their clientele, has quality goods and is upfront about their return policy. I have a feeling “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” is due to getting so many returns because their merchandise is garbage."
