Smashburger

"I have eaten here before, plenty of times and the food is always good. This was the first time I got a milkshake (it was free for my birthday) I was excited to try it. First bite and it tasted VERY metallic. I thought that was odd. Tried another bite, was the same. Tried mixing it and one last try, was very metallic tasting. I was very disappointed and had to throw it away. Not sure if this was a one off or if they always taste this way, but I was sure glad it was free and will never buy one. The burger and fries were great though!"

"The Food was amazing as always! I am one that hates to ever leave a bad review, as I work in customer service and understand the adverse affect of them. The young lady that took my order was very kind. However, the older lady with glasses and a ponytail who bags the food was extremely RUDE! I asked for extra ketchup and she says "No I already gave you enough". She only put two packs originally in the bag, but then gave me two extra packs with a helping side of rudeness. Like come on really, it’s just ketchup. I will never visit again based on how I was disrespected for ketchup! Please beware of the rude ignorant ketchup police that works there."

"The burgers here are absolutely delicious here. Onion ring fabulous. But the older lady talking the order (apparently the manager) is very rude. Not only to us customers but even worse to her employees! Especially the nice girl that was a new hire. I ordered a classic double smash burger with only mayo. She said it only came a certain way When I asked if she could just substitute what I ordered for the way it "supposed" to come, she acted like it was a bother but with literally two taps on her screen she changed it! What!?! But then I got my order it was a single patty and had lettuce, pickles, onions and tomatoes!! I called the young nice employee over and told her it was supposed to be a double and only mayo. She apologized and took it back to get what I asked for. Unfortunately when she got back although it did have both the double patties and the mayo I asked for but it also came back with the rest of the vegetables i didn't want. To save the poor girl another round of explaining this to that lady, I just picked off what I didn't want. Geeze. I will go back to smashburger but just not that location."

"The food was very good at the location. The music is decent and the prices are reasonable. The cashier needs to be more professional when getting and attending to the customers."

"This was my first time here and I would definitely recommend it. Place is well kept, service I received from Siham was outstanding and so was the burger."
