"Drove in from San Antonio to start shopping around for dresses. We asked to try on a dress and were told we needed an appointment but there was literally nobody in the store. The two sales associates were just on their phones. I guess business must be booming to turn away clients."

"We drove from Knoxville Tennessee to come look her dress fitting without expecting. They squeezed us in to a fitting 3 dresses. We choose one. Went back before 24 made payment plan. I told them I had chosen a Corona but, that I wanted to change due to getting new product. They told me absolutely that I can change anything if I wasnt satisfied. I went 12/29 n changed the Corona and the ramo. They didn’t give and or buts. We walked completely satisfied and I totally recommended !! Their payment plans are easy over the phone out of state. Wish they had shipping was the only down side which I’m ok with because of the colas n botella."

"This lady told me to put down a $50 deposit for a tux rental and then charged me an extra $20 the day of the fitting. She never gave back the $50 and claimed the original deposit was only $20. Very dishonest."

"Took my daughter found a dress she loved had two different price tags of course the lady took off the lease price on the dress and left the bigger price on it then I asked for it to try on she said I would have to book a date to try it on mind you they were not busy so I set up the date for my daughter to come back cuz she loved the dress. I called them the day before they asked me how old she was I told them 13 and they said she would not be allowed to try on the dress because she was not 14. I guess they didn't want the service. Not sure she was irritated because my daughter didn't know Spanish I do I was translating it shouldn't make a difference. No bueno"
