"I went to VS to purchase gift cards. The cashier told me to enter my card and I did. She said she was having problems with the gift card and asked me to hand her another one and I did. In a nutshell the next day I saw that I was charged for a gift card that I did not receive. I called and went back to the store and spoke with the manager. I was then told that it would take 3 to 5 days for them to investigate the transaction for me to get my money back. 1st disappointed in the lack of experience I received with my purchase of my gift card and the cashier assuring me I was not charged twice...but I was. 2nd being told I had to wait 3 to 5 days to reverse a transaction that was immediately taken out of my account. 3rd no accountability for the mistake I guess VS has lots of money and customer satisfaction is not a priority for them."
"I’ve never had that great of an experience here. The people do generally seem nice but the biggest issue is that I always wait forever when checking out. This morning was no different. There were five people in line plus the person checking out and only 1 register open. After several minutes, and the same person checking out, another register opened and then finally the third register opened. It honestly didn’t seem to help as the line still didn’t move. Maybe everyone had complicated returns or exchanges or something or it’s the staff or the system but it doesn’t make me want to come in often. The selection this time was nothing I personally was interested in- I was only here for a return which was quick once I reached the register. I always find that many of the drawers are disorganized and missing labeled. They could be better organized especially when they just open."
