"I received an order yesterday. Manager who was rude trying to blame on door dash for the food they MADE !! My bread was not toasted at all and he said the reason why was that they made it rule each store is different then later said it’s customer preference. I was a customer who did not prefer white bread. Fries were hard not cooked at all. He got upset because I caught him in his lies and he hangs up lol. Never will order from this location"

"It's like a time warp walking into the restaurant. Nothing has been updated since it was built it looks like. The service was so slow! They were pretty busy and doing their best but just needed more people working and more ice cream machines. The machines couldn't freeze the ice cream fast enough to keep up with their demand."

"I keep trying to give this DQ a chance and I regret it every time. They're always forgetting things on our order. Our food is always hit or miss. Doesn't matter if it's packed or slow, it always takes super long. We ordered 2 burgers and tacos. We only received one burger and our tacos are soggy falling apart with barely anything in them. Super disappointed."

"I just had knee surgery and I can’t drive. I had one opportunity to send somebody to go get some food and I sent them to Dairy Queen two #8 chicken strip combos. I have literally not had a bite to eat in over 24 hours and I can’t drive because I had knee surgery. I took a picture of this box. It’s missing items and the chicken is dried out and old.. I tried to talk calmly to the manager and she told me that I’m gonna have to bring the boxes back to her for her to do anything for me. I guess she thinks I’m just gonna blink my eyes and appear there even though I told her I can’t drive because I just had knee surgery. This location sucks every time we go in there it’s filthy. They ignore you while you stand there waiting for them to greet you. And the manager she needs to find a new profession. The chicken is rock hard. There is no gravy. The french are not even edible."
