It’s easy to get an appointment, the office staff are friendly and helpful, the dental assistants are all very thorough. Dr. Pradeep is a gem, as a person and as a dentist. "Gone here for a year and had a few cleanings and a handful of fillings done. The office is alright, the staff has seemed to completely turned over within the year I have been here. I don't like the care provided mainly because the doctor doesn't try very hard to provide you with information. However, she did make sure to shame me for having plaque build up and tell me how I should cut down on sugar. I came back in a month or so after getting a filling done (by her) to describe a problem with sensitivity and floss getting stuck, and she just told me she didn't see a problem. She also told me I have really bad wear on my teeth and proposed their expensive mouth guard. After receiving a second opinion from a practicing dentist they said they didn't agree at all. I know doctors have varying opinions, and I don't think the doctor has any ill-will. But it seems the practice is more catered to making money as opposed to assisting their patients in regards to their concerns and goals. I normally only write reviews when I had a sub-par experience and I won't be coming back here."

"I’ve passed this office multiple time and decided to finally go in and book a cleaning. First; the staff was so friendly and thorough. Second, Dr. O was so, so knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough during my entire clinic. I knew she was being honest because she told me things other dentists have not and also told me thing I did not need to do, that previous dentists have attempted me to push do. Most importantly, my teeth looked brand new after my cleaning. Definitely recommend!"
