"I had a cleaning recently and it was amazing. Martha was at the front desk and she has the most pleasant personality even in the early morning. The office is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Emily was my dental hygienist and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. I want the managers at Castle Dental to know they have some real superstars on their team who need to be recognized. Thanks Martha and Emily. My teeth look amazing. See you in 6 months."
"Generally a good experience once you got in and were taken care of but scheduling was always a pain. Last time I got the cancellation call while driving and said I needed to call them back once I could look at my meetings scheduled over the next couple of weeks. I called them back and was directed to make an appointment online via an automated machine. When online and you just submit your info for them to call you back. Well I heard nothing for a week so I tried again. The next day I had an unknown California number call me, didn't answer, no message was left and instead they just instant re-dialed. Not knowing the number and was in a meeting, I figured they'd leave a message if it was important but they didn't. I looked up the number afterwards and saw people reported it was from Castle Dental. So I tried calling them back and couldn't get through. I then used the website to try to schedule again a few times but they never tried calling me again so I guess I have to find a new dentist now. What a weird experience."
"I was unexpectedly surprised and happy to know that my recent visit to this particular CD was both outstanding and showed great care. Dr Peterson was amazing and took her time to explain everything and showed both compassion and kindness. Ms Nichelle who took my X-rays and assisted was equally as fabulous and joyful. I did not expect my Saturday morning to go as smooth as it did. I highly recommend this location and these lovely ladies."
"I recently had a disappointing experience with this Castle Dental β Sunset Valley Location. Initially, when I called to book a dental cleaning, they took all my insurance details and confirmed my appointment. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that I needed to reschedule due to an issue with their system not being updated with my insurance information. On my second visit, I was told that the hygienist was unavailable, necessitating yet another appointment for the actual cleaning. This has been both frustrating and time-consuming. I feel that there is a lack of respect for the patient's time and a failure to provide clear communication about what to expect at each appointment. Additionally, I am concerned that their practice of scheduling multiple appointments, which are each billed to my insurance, might be more financially motivated rather than focused on patient care"
"I had a positive and a negative experience. Luckily, I had a dental hygienist who when cleaning my teeth was very gentle, had a great bedside manner and probably graduated at the top of her class. My negative experience happened with the front check in, administrative side. 1. When I asked a question and the employee didn't know the answer I was told that Ghostbusters was taking care of it. 2. Then I was being charged $25 for a fluoride treatment which I refused. Then when I called my insurance I was informed that it would have been covered. 3. Then I was given misleading information about a dental procedure I would like to have in the near future. Patient, Silver"
