He went above and beyond to explain for me what is the cause of my tooth pain- ( I had experience it for more than 4-5 months and my previous dentist didn’t give any solution or treatment )- and what treatment options were available for me to choose. The office staff was so helpful and attentive, and the office itself was very comfortable, clean, and inviting - even with a cozy fireplace. Dr. Roach explained everything so clearly and was very personable. His examination was VERY thorough. Dr. Abrams took the time to come in to talk with us as well - very much appreciated! Such nice, caring people there :) The costs and insurance were explained very clearly by the finance staff person. We have never been to such an excellent dental office before.
