"Found Leander Modern Dentistry via my insurance portal. I selected them based of the availability of online appointments and ease of making an appointment. I was very impressed with the check in process, all electronic via IPad, and the office staff was kind and accommodating. They reviewed my insurance coverage and informed me the exam and X-rays/cleaning were 100% covered. Cynthia approached me in the lobby, and brought me to the X-Ray suite where she completed all of my necessary films. She was very professional and explained every detail of the procedures. Then to the dental procedure area, where I met Dr Kao. He was extremely thorough and efficient. He explained in detail all of the treatments they offer and the purpose behind them. One of the office staff stopped by and discussed in written detail the cost for the procedures discussed after insurance coverage was applied. Dr Kao himself performed my cleaning, and I must say this was the best cleaning I have ever experienced. My teeth look and feel amazing! Thank you to Dr Kao and his amazing team of associates at Leander Modern Dentistry!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My autistic daughter had a root canal some time ago (over a year) and because she has Medicaid and Medicare there was no cost. My daughter also has ADHD and intellectual deficits. Recently that root canal went bad so she went to a dentist who informed her that the tooth needs to be pulled but she needs an oral surgeon to pull it. Her insurance company (United Healthcare Dual Complete) referred her to an oral surgeon. Her appointment was this past Friday 2/23. When I came home from work she informed me that they were going to do another root canal on Monday. Monday I get a call at work from the surgeon's office informing me that the work is done and I need to pay them $1000! I said that is impossible as I don't even have $500. The lady became belligerent, saying, "Ma'am than why did you approve the work?" She was claiming that they called me and I approved the work. I never received a call from them as my call logs demonstrate, and if they had I would have never approved the charge and would have told them to f off. Then they called my sister trying to get payment and with a threat that they will send it to collections in my daughter's name! Now I will be reaching out to an attorney, Texas HHS, and TSBDE. They should be ashamed of themselves lying and taking advantage of a special needs person."

"Absolutely love this place! After switching from an older, more traditional dentist office, I experienced a complete 360 change to a modern, vibrant dental practice. From the bright atmosphere to the young, energetic staff, it's been a refreshing and pleasant shift. Though I spend a couple of hours here, it's time well spent in the most enjoyable way possible. Highly recommend this place for the modern dental experience, just be prepared for a couple of hours in exchange for top-notch service!"
