"Great clips Hillside location is hit and miss. You might get someone that can fade and cut properly, then the next time you go in to get another haircut, you find yourself going home and fixing it yourself. Or like me today I’m trying to scurry around town to get it fixed the right way. I will not be back to any clips locations."

"I've been a regular at this place for over two years, and it's always been a good experience. But today was different. I usually tip the girls well, but that didn't happen today. So there's this new hairstylist, Kaylei, who I hadn't dealt with before. Right from the start, she seemed pretty unhappy and her attitude was kinda off. It's like she was annoyed by me or by having to be at work. I asked her to add some texture to the top of my hair, but she only focused on the sides. I wasn't asking for a major change, just a trim on the sides while keeping the top and back. I'm growing them out for a mullet and perm. If she's not really into customer service, maybe she should consider a different career path."
"Went in for my little girls trim. Came home with a BOTCHED half bob/pixie cut. I wish someone would teach the stylists here to VERBALIZE and COMMUNICATE if they aren't comfortable doing a certain hair style. I asked the lady to trim my girls hair. My words were "keep the length, just even up the back" (there were a few stray pieces). Look at my photos and tell me if that's what happened... Before, in red dress. Afters in gray dress. See for yourself the AWFUL haircut we got. Completely butchered it then had the nerve to tell me she did what I asked. I could have watched a YouTube video and cut better than this with my kitchen shears. We definitely won't be back for that stylist, if ever again."
