"Not real happy at this point. Ordered a chili cheese dog without the weenie. Extra chili the bread is white on the inside. The bun is and one glob of chili on top so no I’m not real happy."

"Would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Come in every once in a while to get my custard made a certain way, and every time the employees tell me they can’t do it the way I want. One day I got a manager to make it the way I want and he was the nicest guy and had no problems doing it for me. I asked him if was the manager and he told me he was the assistant manager. He had exemplary customer service. Recently I’ve been in again, with the employees telling me once again that they can’t make it the way I wanted. So I asked for the manager that I spoke with last time, and the employee told me he was let go. You let your manager go after they went above and beyond for the customer when nobody else wanted to? Terrible place that won’t make your order the way you want. HIGHLY AVOID"

"This was our first visit. The steak burgers were very good, however tell them HOW you prefer your meat...rare, medium, or well done. Loved the workers there! The floors were slippery, and I did mention it to the manager. We will return!"

"Don't read the bad reviews. They can't be real. We ordered Freddy's Original Double Cheese Burger. The burger was very good and well seasoned, and it was NOT small. I got full from it. My wife had the turtle Sunday, and she loved it. The employees here are very nice and respectful. Very clean establishment. The whole time, they were cleaning. The manager seems very caring about the guess. We will be back."

"Working in the area for three months, I was excited to see Freddy's had just opened. My first visit was great. Food was cooked to perfection, great atmosphere inside and friendly faces. I was a little disappointed they didn't have the FULL menu at this location. The Chicago Hot Dog is my favorite. A week later I brought my parents, they thought it was just ok, Mom was disappointed they didn't offer the Hawaiian Delight sundae at this location. Tonight I went through the drive thru. My onion rings were overcooked. It was like biting into a chip. I had ordered a soft serve chocolate in a cup. Like what is usually served in a waffle cone. When I explained what I wanted, it was repeated you want a waffle cone? I stated I wanted soft serve in a cup. What I received was the hard in a dish. I'm looking forward to my local Freddy's near my home next month, where for over 6 years they have been consistent in their great service."
