"Tried to reschedule an appointment because i was stranded out of town due to the weather. Receptionist told me it would be $50 fee to reschedule. No empathy for a patient who was just trying to get home across the country and didn’t think a moved dental appointment would be so serious. Unless you take your dental appointments more seriously than anything else in your life, wouldn’t schedule here."
