"Everyone loves a story with a happy ending! I can’t say enough good things about LT Precision! I was in a real bind, stranded with a flat tire on my lifted Jeep - which is way out of my capability of fixing. My insurance company sent out Roadside Assistance who started the job but couldn’t finish, and therefore left my jeep stacked on a tower of rocks in lieu of a jack. Needless to say, my jeep FELL off of the makeshift rock tower! Insurance wanted to make me wait 48 hours until they could send someone else out to fix the problem. Umm…48 hours? No! A friend referred me to LTPrecision, and Cody was able to come fix the Jeep and save the day! He was so kind, reassuring, thorough, helpful, and professional. He even drove my jeep around once he finished fixing it, to make sure nothing felt wonky and that it was safe to drive. On the business end of this company, Cody’s wife Katie handled communicating with me throughout the day. She was so empathetic and understanding, carefully noting the details of my unfortunate ordeal. She then got me my invoice promptly, which I was able to easily pay via smartphone, and I was back on the road in no time. Because of LT Precision, this story ended happily and they now have a loyal customer in me! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!"
