They're very quick and they know what they're doing so when they're looking at your vehicle they do a Vera thorough inspection and these are the state inspection that are required by law. So this is the first place I go to get my cars inspected every year."
"***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR INSPECTION!!!!!*** Yesterday (1/22/24) afternoon I stopped by to get my car inspection. When I arrived, I sat in my car waiting for an attendant (as the sign on the building says to do) I waited for about 10 mins and no one ever came out so I finally went inside where I discovered that they were sitting around inside and not doing anything. However when I walked in they all hopped u p and quickly scattered. I was assisted at the desk by a young Caucasian male and older, thin Latino gentlemen had my car plugged in and was running the inspection. I also saw a taller, heavier set Latino gentleman start messing with tires…which I thought was odd but didn’t think too much of it at the time. Today I realized that they rotated my tires!!! For no reason!!! And they didn’t reset the tire sensor on my car. I had to take my car into the Cadillac dealership in bee cave to have it all fixed!! I called the shop afterward and they refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake and tried to say they were putting air in my tires which is a bold lie considering my tire pressure was under the necessary psi!! They wouldn’t even say sorry or apologize. If they can mess up on a car inspection, they would probably do worse on any other work you might have done to your vehicle. So please do not bring your car here, not good people."
"Needs an inspection and was greeted quickly so much so that went ahead with an oil change. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and gave me a complimentary car wash. Great place and quick service along with a good car wash so if you need any service done on your vehicle then come by here"
