"For the firstv time ever, I had a low oil warning light today. Jiffy Lube changed it last time. I asked to see the oil level on the dip stick. Guy said its a quart low. I explained they changed it last. No spots in garage. Think I was shorted a quart. I asked them to show me the dip stick after changing oil. It was near the full mark but not quite. Seems process encourages shorting customers. Will find new place next time."

"I came in a few months ago to get an oil change and the staff was extremely helpful. I drive a Volkswagen so he informed me as soon as I got there I would need to get the oil myself because they didn’t have it on hand. When I came back, Albert and all of the staff were extremely friendly and even gave me a coupon to use that saved me money. I recently came back and was met with the same hospitality. Before I left Anahi even came and blew up all of my tires. They were super quick and efficient and I feel confident in the service I received. I have told all of my coworkers, husband, and family that if they need any work done on their car, Jiffy Lube in Lakeway has the best customer service!"

They even gave me tips on what to look for so that I understand my car and its needs a bit better, so as to avoid being fooled by other shops in the future. Albert and Travis are THE BEST!
