"Absolutely horrible experience. Had come here to get a minor repair which turned into an upsell scam costing my family over $1000. They did such a poor job on my car that we had to come back several times to have them fix it. We ended up having to get rid of our paid off vehicle due to the damage that was caused here. My advice, if you’re coming for an oil change stick to the oil change. Don’t let them upsell you on any work that “your car needs”. If they are recommending major repair take your car to the dealership for a second opinion. We ended up finding out we did not need this major repair they sold us on. The best part about this? They did not want to refund us and every time we called trying to get a hold of the person who “approves refunds” this individual, was always conveniently out of town or on a work trip."

"I’ve brought my Jeep in here twice now: first for a routine oil change and second for a leaking tire. Both experiences have been great: quick service, quality work, friendly staff. James, though, on my second visit really went the extra mile for me. I’d purchased a tire from another Goodyear location several years ago, and before charging for a new tire, he spent probably 30 minutes or so calling the other store to get records of my purchase and then confirming the tire was covered by road hazard, something that saved me quite a bit of money. If you’re in the Liberty Hill or Leander area and need routine vehicle maintenance, I’d recommend the team at Goodyear."
