"The Leander location took out the KM filters on my wife’s car and sold her $75 worth of paper filters. When I confronted them about their dishonesty, they tried to justify what they did was in my best interest. The oil change was to cost $45, billed $115. Instead of responding in a positive manner about integrity, the manager opted to inform me that I would have to take it up to corporate. I will take my business elsewhere.
