"We had been having some issues with our 18 year old Forester. The steering was behaving a little wonky. The sterring wheel would shudder while turning and was worse in reverse. We made an appointment to bring the car in for some diagnostic work. Allison Z took great care of us. The service tech diagnosed several items that could have contributed to the problem. Allison reviewed everything with us up front along with the pricing and we agreed on the repairs to be completed. Everything was finished same day and we picked the car up the next morning. Great experience!"
