"Well I thought these guys were great got my truck out and back on the road in two days however two days of driving it I realized I still had the same leak as when I brought it to them . I was told to bring it back and was told that the leak was oil , if any vehicle leaks this much oil over night the engine e would surely blow up . It was not oil it was the water pump leaking so 1800.00 for tidy fleet rack and pinion I did not need then 1600.00 to the other shop that figured out the problem and where the leak was coming from . I was told to call the owner after I’d told them about the water pump I left message and never got a call back and this guy Larry thier service writer or whatever he is was still insisting what they did was right . Btw I had never had to put any power steering fluid in the truck if the rack was leaking the power steering would have definitely been low on fluid if now empty ! Be careful here I really felt like they’d make it right but never heard a word from anyone that’s about as u professional as it gets in my opinion !"
