"Each time I go into O'Reilly's in Humble I always have the best experience I'm not in batteries and I've gotten parts of my car they're always there to help me get the best of everything it's just a great place to stop in and shop for parts for my car friendly friendly people and helpful too I had one person to give me a phone number for a mobile mechanic turned out to be really well so it's not just helping me at the counter it's helping me all over keep it up O'Reilly's you're awesome"

"Very friendly staff. Always go above and beyond, today included. A very nice girl helped me look up wiring harness for my truck. Unfortunately they don't carry it but was helpful enough to look on the internet for me, as well as refer me to xl parts. However, that place I will never go to again. The guy there was dismissive and truly couldn't care less about helping me find my part. The service at these two places was night and day. This Oreillys will always have my business. Thank you. Keep on truckin!!"

"I always have a positive experience at this store. I can get what I need, when I need it, and as a woman I appreciate that I am always treated with respect and as if I know my own vehicle. I have never been treated like a "just an ignorant girl " here, which is very refreshing. In an industry that is largely still male dominant, it is so important to treat each customer as an intelligent person and this store is very good about doing so, every employee, every time I have been in the store. I have been to other places that could take a lesson from this store on customer service!"

I honestly think this dude should be training all AutoZone employees , because AutoZone is trash and even the other O'Reilly's managers that have met at other stores. Dudes a beast if he leaves I'm never coming back."
