I was very fearful of the implant procedure after hearing disturbing stories about complications from my friends. Not only did Dr.Dugam ease my fears (he’s a very affable person), he explained the process very thoroughly and showed me the x rays of what he was doing. I felt only minimal pain during the bone graft, but extra novocaine fixed that. I did not require sedation, which was a miracle! I can’t compliment Dr.Dugam enough. He’s very skilled and meticulous.
