"Stay away if you don't want to throw your money away. The owner is a crook and will rob you blind. I was quoted one price and it jumped up 6,000 thousand dollars when I came to pick up my truck. Replaced things that I didn't authorize and inflated the prices on parts. He is really playing a dangerous game. He hides in the office most of the time and walks around in fear because he has cheated so many people. Carma is real, I'd hate to be in his shoes. Laugh now, cry later..."

"Looks like buddy reviews and fake Google accounts, my experience is nowhere near these others. If it's anything to do with Def, just keep going by at 5 mph, they have no idea what to do other than high high high prices, guessing, and parts swapping. I actually think dealers are a lot cheaper at that nonsense. These guys cannot fix anything, resolve campaigns, complete cases, submit estimates, take pictures, none of that. You're not even allowed to know what software is giving them which codes that they are googling right in front of you because they don't even know."
