"Would not recommend this company to anyone based on the experience I just had. Alto driver (LP TCV 6207) merged into my lane from THE OUTSIDE SHOULDER so aggressively I had to swerve halfway into another lane to avoid a CERTAIN collision (There was about 3 inches between the cars). To anyone looking for a ride, I encourage you to go with any other company if this man is representative of the drivers they employ."

"Half star at best from the employee perspective. Low pay not a living wage. Managers are non-existent unless they’re is a write up. By the way I was written up on my first day for an odd mistake that no one could for some reason look pass. Highly micromanaged although several employees I couldn’t see ever working. Poor and of the poorest level of communication. The most communicative managers have been was when I requested to resign."

"I had never heard of Alto until today. A very nice lady (Ms Francine) drove me home from the dealership after dropping off my car. Since the dealership no longer provides shuttles & have few loaner cars available, except as long term loaners, Alto is the next best option. Professional drivers providing a professional service. I saw a sticker in the car that said "Rideshare. Refined. " I thought Redefined. But no...Refined, as in Refined driving, Refined luxury cars, Refined professionals. Memberships available."

"We took Alto to and from Houston Intercontinental airport. The drivers were professional and drove safely. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. But our pre-scheduled pickup at the airport was cancelled, not by us, just before the time we were to be picked up. We called Alto and they sent another driver. But he was unaware of, and couldn’t find, the designated Alto pick-up location. We waited in extreme heat and humidity for about 45 minutes until finally arranging over the phone to meet the driver at another location he could find. Alto really should inform its drivers of its airport pick-up location or inform customers of an alternate location."
