"Low/poor customer service skills since you meet the first person at the door. Then, staff didn't show a lot of patience to explain the services to perform or the benefits to use the different coupons sent by mail inviting me to make a drive 40 minutes away. And there is not even a courtesy basic wash included to the vehicle. Service at your dealer used to be much better and I strongly recommend improving or you will lose clientele as myself. I think that was my last visit to Gulf Freeway location, despite all the special offers you'll send in the mail : |"

"Everyone is super responsive to phone calls for support, and service is always friendly, but the chances of getting a rental vehicle for any duration of vehicle repair is nearly impossible and left to chance. Each service representative is given one rental vehicle for every client they help, and it’s left to a first come, first serve kind of thing."

"I had a 7am appointment scheduled to have my vehicle diagnosed. When I arrived I was assisted by a service advisor that was not my regular guy. He quoted me 24-48 hrs for a diagnosis. He also stated that I would have a charge of $194.00 even after I advised him that I was covered under my extended warranty. Even though I was hesitant I decided to leave my vehicle. At 2:25pm Andres called me with an update. He advised of the issue and stated that it was covered under warranty. Andres also said that he would call me back with a time frame on the completion of the work. At approximately 4:43pm, Andres called me stating that he had good news and that my vehicle had been repaired and was ready for pickup. The original estimated time frame of 24-48 hours just for diagnosis given by the first guy was way off. Good thing Andres was there to have the issues with my vehicle addressed. I want to thank Andres for always making my visits very pleasant. Because of him I will never hesitate to have my vehicle serviced by AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway."
