"High priced. Bought set of lugs and locks for swanggers. On phone said $90, once I got there it was $140. Tried to charge me $20 a tire just to put on rim. So instead of another $80 on top, he went down to $60… lol.. but it was my choice to pay but, yeah gets it done but you’re going to pay for it… lol but I pay for what I want and afford at the time."

They were still as responsive as they could be with my situation. My only problem was the amount of time that it took to initiate my business. Had they been able to respond to me faster I would have given them 5 stars."

"I'll start by saying, that I was tempted to leave a 4 (possibly a 3) out of 5 star review because of the initial apathetic treatment I received by quite a few mechanics when I arrived close to closing time a day before; however, my second visit earlier in the day made me change my mind. On my first visit, I needed to have my front two tires mounted and balanced. Generally, the mechanics were very distant, and less than cordial on approach. After having my tires replaced, I ended up having to wait at least another 10 - 15 minutes for someone to assist me in making sure they were aware I was keeping my old tires. One guy flat out glared at me twice, and kept walking when I tried to ask for help. A younger guy eventually took care of me though without question, and he has my appreciation for it. I think the older staff could take a lesson from his genuine kindness and customer service skills. On the other hand, Mike Alfaro, I believe who was working the cash register, was extremely friendly both times, and even offered slightly better prices on tires I had already purchased. I will add on my second visit, one of the those guys that ignored me initially was much more friendly. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I could have caught them on a bad day, or like anyone else, they may have been tense about getting ready to call it a day. However, I don't think that's a reason to be rude to anyone. But like I said, they definitely redeemed themselves on my second time around, and I don't see a reason not to come back at this point. Prices were good (5 tires mounted and balanced for $62), and services were rendered extremely quickly. I'll be recommending them; but, I will say that they should be weary of how they present and conduct themselves, as a lot of people are not nearly as understanding as I try to be."
