"Horrible. Allstate has disregarded every bit of evidence that I have provided for damage on my roof. I know this feedback will be discarded without thought because Allstate does not truly care about people. Profit is the top objective, and not just a healthy modest profit, a huge profit demanded by their shareholders. Even in the middle of a declared catastrophe area where every house within a mile gets coverage from their insurance, Allstate finds a way to screw their customers. I will never recommend Allstate to anyone, and will instead, work to discourage as many people as possible to drop Allstate. Also, Charles Cromer is useless. I was told by multiple employees of his that the days when your agent worked for you are over."

"To be honest, the only time I check pricing for my homeowners policy is when it's time for an escrow eval each year. I check to see if my insurance is higher than the previous year, in which case I would have to do a buy-down on my escrow to keep my mortgage payment the same for the coming year. If it's too much higher, then I'll be shopping around for better pricing. (And I am not interested in bundling with auto because my car is now 13 years old and I only have liability on it)."
