I've had experiences at other places that were the opposite and am glad to have found a place that I trust."

"Took my car to a shop in Lexington and they told me my suspension was completely shot and all 4 tires were bad. Decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I chose Car Masters! Michelle and Tim were very helpful and it turned out that my suspension was perfectly fine and the car just needed 2 tires and a new serpentine belt. I ended up spending a quarter of what the other shop wanted to charge just for the suspension work. Thank you so much for everything, You've definitely gain a lifelong customer today!"

"I will be calling BBB about this business. They are trying to take advantage of my mom. AAA towed her car here and told her diagnostics were free. They claimed she needed a new fuel pump, for $800!! Outrageous. Even the dealership will do it for less. When she refused to let them do it, they told her she owed them over $100 for the diagnostic fee. And threatened to call the cops on her! AAA is not happy and this business will have a problem on its hands now. I will be telling AAA all about this, and may even pursue legal action. I wouldn't trust them with even an oil change. Scam artists and POS's run this place! Edit: Since they claim these are mistruths... my mom has screenshots and recordings of calls harassing her after I posted my review, which we will be turning over to the authorities. I urge you all to continue! Only helps our case. 2nd edit: mom took it to her own mechanic, turns out it WAS the battery, not surprised! Not a fuel pump like these people said!"
