When I took my Maserati quattroporte in for a cylinder 5 misfire, Shawn and his team methodically and professionally diagnosed and repaired my vehicle - and it wasnt easy. Turns out I had a ruptured fuel line that broke off chunks internally, and clogged my fuel injectors. To find that problem required a battery of testing and know how. Shawn is a wealth of information and spends the time to explain his process and procedure for diagnostics, and systematically solves it professionally. After just moving to the area a few months ago, I was hesitant to take my Maserati to anyone knowing these cars are not the easiest to work on, and most shops wont touch them.
