"Horrible communication from the owner Edgar, he was dismissive & overall made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Shop did complete a clutch & assembly kit for my unit. Owner gave me a two day turnaround, which turned into a week. With no updates. Somehow my unit occurred another issue that wasn’t previously diagnosed after I was told the unit was ready for picked up. When I arrived CECU warning was on the dash without the key being in the ignition. I asked the owner how so when I drove it in it wasn’t there. He told me he doesn’t know & after looking at it, it would be $2000 for the module alone. After I already spent $6300. Extremely suspicious but I’ll take my L. NEVER again!!! If you want to get the run around & no communication take your equipment to the TRUCK DOCTOR. Edger will be sure NOT to disappoint."
"Ok, I'm not sure where to start. Firstly, the owner Mr. Edgar 'shorty are by far one of the best people I've ever met. Just having a conversation with him, showed his integrity and pure heart, even in business. He comes from humble beginnings and takes much pride in providing you with honest, complete and the best service. His shop is unbelievably interesting, clean and everything there tells a story. The staff was super friendly, and felt more like family than anything else. The prices are great and the work excellent. I would hands down recommend them to anyone that not only wants ,but understands great quality. Excellent job guys!!! Thankyou so much for your great service!"
