"Went to a tire shop in southeast Houston to check for a nail. When they put it back in they said we had a cut on the wall of the tire. I know for sure it was not there before but I wasn't the one that took it. They cut the wall while trying to take it off and said we must have hit a curb. But there was no other scratches on the the wall. Just the cut piece that look strangely like the crowbar they use. Called discount and ordered a new tire which had to be shipped and they put it on in about 45 min. The guy Sergio helped me out. Thanks."
"The salesman was nice puchased 4 tires. My car was washed when i took it in and they left my wheels all dirty.. One would think that the cust. Cant reach the inside of the wheels and wouldn't be upset if they cleaned them since they have to remove the wheels.."
