"My car betrayed me in the Yale-Walmart parking lot. My sister's boyfriend tried giving me a jump, but that didn't work. My sister suggested I call Ramos (Hugo) to see if they could help. Ramos was nice enough to answer my call on his off day (Sunday). We decided I'd leave the car and Ramos agreed to meet me back there early Monday morning. I answered as many questions as I could through text and he suggested it may be the battery. Early Monday he made contact and advised he'd be at Walmart at 7:45am. Once there he went to work and he was right after all. My battery was dead-dead. We decided to buy a new one at Walmart, since I was stranded in their parking lot after all. Ramos found my battery, then instructed me to take the used one to customer service for a small refund. I had no idea there were refunds for these things. Back at my car he connected my new battery and even ran diagnostics after I told him I had a service light on for a few months. Once all came back clear, I paid him for his services and we parted ways. I highly recommend Ramos Bros for all your car needs. Truly professional and even checked-in with me a few days after to make sure everything was ok. Far pricing for the "at-home" service provided. I plan to seek out there services again for these brakes that will not shut up!"
