"I had to give it 1 to leave my comment………I give it no stars!!!…Ever since this business took new ownership, it has been the pits!!! The service has been horrible!! I had always taken my cars there but not anymore!!Those with foreign cars DO NOT GET YOUR REPAIRS FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! They kept my vehicle for 2 weeks, they never called me about my vehicle, I had to constantly call them, they needed both sets of keys, kept giving me excuses and saying they couldn’t get the car to start!!Then after 2 weeks you tell me I need to take it to the dealer Really?!?? You’re the FOREIGN CAR SPECIALIST!!!!!"

"This place is the worst! Had taken my car there for check engine light diagnostic. While my car sits there for over a week and no call I gave them a call to check on it and they haven't looked at it yet. When they finally did they claim that it the car wouldn't start. Claim that the key would connect but won't start claim it WiFi interference so I told them to cut their WiFi off and try again, but they wouldn't. Instead of telling me that they don't know what the issue is they just up and told me I would have to tow it to the dealership for the ignition. And remind you I drove the car there with no issues just wanted a diagnostic. Since the change of ownership this year this is not worth taking your vehicle to. I've been going there almost 15 years with 4 different Jaguar and never had an issue till the change of ownership. So don't waste your time here cause you will be pissed and be without a vehicle for awhile before they get to it."
