"I wouldn't know how to describe this type of individual at first glance, you say to yourself, these are simple people. but yet this is not really the case. They gave me a Chrysler which has lots of problems and I try to fix it every day. For a fee of $100 they came to pick up the car and let me know that I was in town. I have a new baby in the house my wife wants to take our baby to the hospital. so I do not advise you to do business with them.. I had already given them more than $2000. If you want to sell this car to someone else, don't take it because the engine needs to be changed. very bad experience for me who is new to this country"
"Like others said they don't deserve 1 star it makes you in order to leave a comment. I had a passenger side window not let up on my Ford f150. This dude told me it was the switch believable for the passenger side. But for some dumb reason they replaced the driver side too. And it stopped working. I bought it back he acted like it was a bad switch then he said it was the regulator. I never in 4 years had 1 problems with the driver side window until they touched it. Well my camera was Rolling the whole time so I will be suing this place."
"I took my truck here because it was referred to me by my dad. I was told the rear end needed to be repaired after agreeing to the repair i was told the rear end needed to be replaced. Cost several hundred dollars more. After 12 months the rear end started to leak. I went to replace the gasket and found that gasket maker was used instead of the actual gasket. Same thing with oil pump being replaced. They use gasket maker instead of the actual gaskets. You're lucky I didn't sue you. Your response to this rating has nothing to do with lifting a truck."
"Won't be back and will tell others. During a recent repair job, the owner informed me the the control arm for my Rav4 did not come with a ball joint so he said the existing one was ok despite being told by other mechanics that it should be changed. Next day my truck started knocking during turns. Took it for a alignment, was told by another shop that ball joints were bad and should have been changed. Took it back to DT with new ball joint, owner refused to install without me having to pay more for something that should have been done during the control are install. This was a matter of MIS-DIAGNOSIS, yet the owner did not own-up to it. Will never be back and will make sure I tell everyone I can about this experience."
