"I walked into this store with some electrical issues. They weren't just helpful that day in testing my batteries, they installed one. The following day my truck died right across the street and they drove across the street and jumped it so I could drive over, buy an alternator and make it home. Wow!! Steve even printed out some helpful diagrams to assist me on installing the part. Germain was also awesome. There's one other employee that went out of his way but I can't remember his name as I write this. These guys went way above and beyond! Much appreciated! Great customer service!!"

"I have never seen such disgusting behavior from what I believe to be a manager. “He’s struggling to speak English” isn’t a way to address a non English speaking PAYING customer. She was extremely rude to the younger employees while having them translate. She’s a disrespectful bully and should not be working in customer service if she doesn’t have patience and especially if she doesn’t care to assist non English speaking customers in such a diverse city. I would be happy to come back and speak with someone higher up just so this is addressed."
