"I initially visited the AutoZone store at 99 and Champion Forest to get my car battery checked as my car wouldn't start. The staff there tested the battery and informed me that it was still in good condition, even though it was under warranty. However, a few hours later, my car started emitting a rotten egg smell and smoke, with the battery leaking. Fortunately, I received exceptional assistance from Dennis Johnson at a different AutoZone at Aldine Bender in Humble. He quickly identified the issue with the battery and provided the necessary help to resolve the situation. I appreciate Dennis's expertise and quick action in addressing the problem that the first store had missed. Overall, while my experience at the first AutoZone store was very disappointing, the exceptional service provided by Dennis at the second store turned the situation around.
