"I have never in my life seen such an unprofessional establishment. During my initial visit everything was fine until the end when I asked for my x-rays and the front desk lady told me she’s going on lunch and will email them to me after lunch. I called back over an hour later to have them send them over cause I figured they would forget after lunch and the lady said again she would email them after lunch. Over an hour long lunch? Fine. I followed up the next day and they said they’d email them right away, I checked my email and nothing. I let it go and scheduled my next appointment for one month later when the oral surgeon would be available to extract my wisdom teeth. The estimate I got included bone graft. That is unnecessary for a wisdom teeth extraction and I confirmed that with my brother- a dentist himself. When I arrived for my extraction I saw the oral surgeon who was very professional and answered all my questions Dr Wallis is great. I asked her if I needed the bone graft and she said no I did not. She asked me what level of sedation I wanted and I opted for nitrous sedation. Then the front desk lady (same lady who never sent the x rays) came in and said she doesn’t have a wheelchair for me if I get nitrous sedation. She asked me if I would like to do local only. I said no and she said well we don’t know when we will get the wheel chair so go back to the waiting room. Before I went back to the waiting room she quoted me $2000 for the procedure. Not accurate as I’d already looked at what it should cost through my dental plan. When I looked she was charging me for the bone graft that both my brother and the oral surgeon said I DID NOT NEED. I confirmed with her and she took them off my bill. She also informed me that other patients are waiting for the wheelchair as well which is completely ridiculous the oral surgeon only comes once a month and this was scheduled well in advance you should know you need a wheelchair available for all of her patients that day. I was finally seen at 2pm for a 9am appointment. I will never return to this establishment."

"I would say most of the staff is welcoming. The front desk lady is rude and lazy. She refused to get up and ask for an update on my families appt after running behind an hour. Also they don’t have a hygienist on staff so if you’re scheduled for a cleaning ensure the Dentist performs it. Otherwise the DA will just pick at the first two teeth and brush the rest and bill your insurance for a “cleaning” Stevie Wonder could do , Legally they cannot do this only a hygienist can clean teeth or the dentist. If you can go somewhere do so."

"I have a lot of dental anxiety and after not making it to the dentists office for quite some time, I ended up needing a couple fillings and that made me so much extra anxious since I’ve never needed dental work. The Dr. was so kind and was happy to go through what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable throughout and the techs are also SO sweet! The whole team gives a lot of encouragement and made an anxious me laugh a lot and feel a lot better about going in"

"This place is absurd! I made an appointment at 4:45 pm. It was raining so hard that traffic was impossible, so I arrived with my daughter at 5:02pm. And the receptionist and the assistant were so RUDE! They told me I only have 15 mins of grace period to show up to my appointment. I arrived 17 mins late. 17. They refused to help and acted like they didn't care. In fact, they called me at 4:06pm asking me if I could "just come right now" and I told them I was driving there. It seems like they don't care about the patients and they just wanted to go home and be done for the day. I have never seen a more unprofessional dentist in my whole life. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"
