"When I walked in I immediately thought it smells good in here! The lobby decor is cute, modern and welcoming. Staff greeted me at the desk with a smile. Side bar: I recommend you fill out the patient forms sent to you via text/email link before your appointment. There was no additional paperwork to fill out at check in. Love that! My wait was very brief. Doctor Davis met me in the lobby and welcomed me back to the care areas. I was impressed! That was the first time a doctor has initially called me back. It's usually a tech. Nice! We then sat in a consult room to discuss my history, goals for my smile and immediate needs. She made me feel comfortable and eased any anxiety I had getting dental work. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Paulette and another hygienist who's name I can't recall at this time (forgive me). Both were very professional and made my visit comfortable. I loved how they all communicated with me about what they were doing, checked in on how I was feeling during care and provided time for questions. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. I'm glad I was referred to this office!"
