Dr. Amit Jethva

"Worst dentist that I have ever seen. I would not recommend him at all. Went to him initially to have bonding replaced on one tooth. He recommended Invisalign to correct my bite and spacing on the sides and said he would fix the bonding after I was done with invisalign. He initially told me that the treatment would only take up to six months, and that my smile would be perfect and the spacing gone. Six months into treatment and there was no noticeable improvement in the spacing at all and Dr. Jethva had nothing, but excuses. “Oh it’s the way your bottom teeth are touching the top, oh it’s because your gums are thick” etc. I was rescanned again and again and again and each time I was told “we’re going to get the spacing closed and your smile will be perfect.” He did unnecessary filing of my teeth. And at the end of treatment (18 months later) and with more spaces in my teeth which I did not have when I started, I was told “this is the best I can do.” When I questioned him about the new spacing I had, his response was “your gums will fill those spaces in by the end of the holidays.” Of course my gums did not fill in those spaces and what an idiotic response to begin with. I now have rough teeth from them not removing all of the bonding from the attachments. When I questioned him about the bonding left on my teeth, his response was “it’ll eventually flake off.” I even had to remind him why I initially came to him which was to fix the bonding on my front tooth which he initially said before I started my treatment he would take care of as soon as I was finished with the invisalign. He couldn’t even do that properly. It looks like he did absolutely nothing to the bonding on that tooth. It looks exactly the same with the same exposed dentin and stain. Please stay away from this dentist. He is a joke. His customer service and performance are TERRIBLE. Such a waste of time and money. I am now having to go to another dentist to fix his terrible work."
