"Bought 2 Pirelli's for SUV. Asked if they were good and had no leaks. "Oh yes, they're good". Saved them till day of install and had them both installed today close to my location. They were both leaking heavily from the sidewalls, notice one right away, thought the other was good and put it on. They have cracks in them, looks like a curb hit crack. I got stranded on the freeway after 5 miles with the lesser leaking tire. Sent JRJ Tire Shop owner the receipt of install and pic of cracked tire. Asked if he could help out. Answer: "Unfortunately our warranty for used tires goes up to 4 days. The only thing we can do is give a better price on a better pair". And: "We do check every tire for anything that would make the tire useless, but in this case I think we must have not seen it". Um, no you didn't check them or didn't care about selling badly leaking tries that can't even be fixed. How is that my responsibility? So I basically wasted $100 on useless tires. I wasted another $40 on install. I was sold junk. Did not get to drive more than 5 miles on it and had to change one tire on the onramp of the freeway; risky. I would think they could replace them with a decent pair and maybe take some responsibility for the sake of good business? Apparently, at JRJ Tire Shop, that's just asking for too much and they just don't care... all about the money. Dignity and customer satisfaction? Never heard of it. What sad place."
