"Front teeth are uneven after braces, and when I told them that I couldn’t bite down on my food correctly, the orthodontist lowkey did not believe me and barely tried to fix it. I’ve held off leaving a review, but I’m tired and I stopped coming here. My retainers were also messed up because the assistant that did my molds kept dancing while it was on my teeth so the mold shifted. The end process felt rushed because I was reaching the end of my monthly payments for the 2 years and they just tried to get the braces off of me as soon as possible. Now my teeth is uneven when I bite down. And this not only goes for me, but it also goes for my friends who have been here for braces too."

"I’m not a new patient, but it has been a couple of years since I have been to this clinic. - I have witnessed Dr Vo be very rude to one of the assistants. - When Dr Vo was doing one of my fillings, I told him I needed more numbing. He did not want to because he already gave me “enough”. He continued with the procedure and did not give me more of the numbing stuff until I was crying in the chair from the pain. - They have long wait times in the lobby - You get to wait a lot more once you’re in the chair - rude staff. Today I called to ask for the cash price on a dental procedure. The very rude girl on the phone stated she couldn’t give me a price and said they do only do scheduling and stuff with insurance. I asked if I could speak to someone who could (which is generally a manager) because I had been on the phone calling different dental offices for a quote. All were compliant and willing to give the information being requested. I asked her why a manager would not be able to give me the information I need. She could not give me a specific reason other than the reason she gave me for her not being able to give me information. I made the comment that’s a little sketchy. She apparently took it personal and went off on me, then hung up the phone. Wanting a price on a potential procedure that I have already been quoted is simple information the office should be able to provide. I will add that when did have work done here, I would get letters from my insurance asking what exactly was done at the office along with the EOB. The office handled it but this is the only place I would get those kind of letters for."

"I have been coming to Harmony Dental for 5 years due to having braces, so I’ve seen the changes over the years. For the pass 2 years, I have been able to ignore the 1 hour wait to get called in the back, with the additional 2 hours they have you laying in the seat while they continuously forget you’re there. COVID happened & everyone is understaffed, that, I get. However, my last straw was today. I was scheduled to pick up my retainer on a Saturday at 2pm. I live 48 minutes away, so I do have to take the time out of my schedule to waste 3 hours at this place plus the 96 minute commute. I get here & the doors are locked. I peek inside & I see receptionists at the desk, so I knock. One comes and tells me they are closed & I can’t pick my retainer up without the doctor being there, which I can understand. However, why was I scheduled on a day they were closed? I tried calling a few hours before my appointment & no one answered. Why are the dentist hours not stated on the automated system? Why did the lady who opened the door not offer to reschedule my appointment?"

"Very unprofessional. Will double check with my insurance what they were billed for. My husband was called about an hour before my appointment for braces. Said they had to reschedule. I lost a day of work. They charge you if you don’t cancel. They always have long wait times to begin with. You can easily be there longer then anticipated."
